Kumar Precision Stampings Pvt. Ltd. is amongst the fewest electrical stampings manufacturers in industry to introduce world renowned Hiperm Technology. The technology helps provide better product in terms of chemical composition to the esteemed clients. In order to meet the demands of clients, we have invested large capital in developing state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, covering around 4000 sq yards area in Haryana that is in close proximity to few of the top steel producers like Essar Steels Ltd. and Surya Roshni Ltd., which is strategically advantageous. Our centralized manufacturing facility is well equipped with sophisticated machines and is monitored by experts. A number of automatic high capacity/high speed power presses (200 tons each), capable of running complicated progressive dies, have been installed in our unit. Additionally, the unit has plethora of tools of different designs and specifications to cater to the varying requirements of clients. Mentioned below are the fast facts about the plants and machines, we use at unit :

• All Power Presses are equipped with automatic coil feeders for the smooth feeding of raw-material in the machine.
• High capacity presses with relatively high strokes/sec with Automatic Roll Feed Attachments for running progressive dies
• High tech Decarburizing, Annealing & Bluing (High Permeability) Plant with a number of furnaces
• State of the art die casting facility with high tech die casting machines capable of handling multi cavity tools for aluminum die casting of rotors

We have high-tech tool room for the maintenance of Sophisticated Machines and Dies in order to ensure smooth running of production.

The company has two electrical and one diesel furnace with a total capacity of 20 tons per day. The aluminum die casting wing is equipped with 7 high capacity pressure die casting machines of 80 & 160 tons which are run on diesel furnaces and have a capacity to produce 21000 rotors per day.
